The Wrong Un Shiraz- Cabernet is produced by the Thistledown Team which includes Fergal Tynan & Giles Cooke both Masters of Wine. The fruit is selected from the relatively cool Riverland region of South Australia and really is surprising good for a wine of this price. The nose shows lots of spicy cassis and clove notes followed by a full yet supple palate of black plum & red cherry fruit.
