Thierry De Launay is the 5th generation of his family to make wine in the Loire Valley. For The Holy Snail, he sources fruit from across the valley using long standing relationships of growers and friends. The wine is fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures to preserve aromatic fruit characters. This is a very modern wine with low alcohol, no oak and bags of citrus fruit.
