Produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon fruit sourced in the Languedoc, Southern France, this wine is produced at the excellent cooperative called Foncalieu in Carcassonne. It has ripe, juicy cassis fruit on nose and palate. This wine is medium bodied, soft, spicy and ideal with red meats or rich tomato dishes.
