Le Saubounet is a delicious and great value soft and spicy red produced by Domaine Roger Sabon, a first class Chateauneuf du Pape producer. A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Counoise, it is bottled unfined and unfiltered and we describe it as the ‘house red’ of this great Domaine. A nose of spicy ripe, red fruits followed by generous, full and supple palate of red currant, black cherry and black pepper.
