Vigneti Zabu is part of the Fantini group which specialise in wines from Southern Italy & it’s islands. The vineyards are located in the Sambuca di Sicilia district of Sicily. The Grillo, though fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel and fresh, has a broad, super ripe fruit filled palate to enjoy.
