This is an organic wine made by producer Fabrizio Vella, the grape variety is Catarratto and a minimal intervention approach has been taken in the winery, with no fining/filtration, hence the sediment that remains.

Easy drinking, full and fruity with flavours of lemon zest and stone fruits. On the palate it’s soft and approachable, with nice texture. Just a delight.
