Join us for an evening with Sarah Ali Choudbury, Dorset’s award winning gourmet chef. Sarah’s aim is to inspire everyone to eat real, home cooked, gourmet Indian food and to give people everywhere access to the best traditional Indian recipes. Simple, quick cuisine that tastes absolutely fantastic.
You will be greeted by Mark of Morrish & Banham with a delicious wine aperitif. Chef Sarah will then guide us through the ingredients of her Indian seafood dishes. Sarah will prepare & cook in real time, taking questions and sharing her tips of the trade whilst you enjoy a glass of hand matched wine. Once the dishes are prepared, one by one, we will serve each guest a taster plate and enjoy together more wines!
