Join us for an evening with Sally Allen, Dorset’s seafood enthusiast! Sally’s aim is to inspire everyone to enjoy quality Dorset seafood and teach us how to prepare our own!
This Crab Cracking masterclass begins with you being greeted by Mark of Morrish & Banham with a delicious wine aperitif. You’ll then pop on an apron, gather around our tables and Sally will then guide us through the crab preparation, taking questions and sharing her tips of the trade whilst you enjoy a glass of hand matched wine. This is a hands on masterclass, Sally will teach you to prepare your own individual crab to take home, ready for the table. Mark will serve our hand picked wines, matched to Crab canapes.
