We want you to enjoy your wines as soon after ordering as possible. We may not be quite as mighty as Amazon or The Wine Society but we guarantee to do our best; to deliver quickly and you might even get a chirpy deliver driver, and always great wines. If you have any special requirements just get in touch with us.
We offer Free Local Delivery for all orders over £65 to the following postcodes: DT1, DT2, DT3, DT4, DT6 and DT8. This will be automatically applied at checkout. For orders under £65 the delivery charge is £9.95.
We offer Free National Delivery to the UK mainland on all orders above £100. For orders under £100 we have worked hard to find the best price we can, bearing in mind that wine is both heavy and fragile. We offer standard delivery for £9.95 per order.
We aim to deliver within a week of receiving your order, usually within 72 hours. Our free local delivery service will be undertaken by our Morrish & Banham team and delivery times will be generally between 9:00 – 19:00, but may vary according to demand. For the wider UK we use a courier – delivery are usually Monday to Friday, (9:00 to 17:00). Our couriers are typically not able to deliver on weekends or bank holidays. We cannot specify exact delivery times, but if you have any specific requests please give us a call or email and we will try our best to help whenever we can.
We do our best to achieve our stated delivery times but please note we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to adverse weather conditions and supplier or carrier difficulties. Stock positions are subject to continual change and occasionally an item may be out of stock that our website has allowed you to order. To ensure a timely delivery, we will substitute with a similar item of equal or higher value.
In some cases we can send the order out for next day delivery, but this depends on stock availability so please email us if you have an urgent requirement at caroline@morrishandbanham.com.
We operate a signature service on all deliveries. Goods can be left unsigned for but this must be specified in the shopping cart with instructions about where to leave the goods should you be out. Any goods that have been left according to instructions and not delivered over the recipients threshold are left at the recipients risk.
