From the 11 hectare estate of Domaine des Brosses, Nicolas Girard produces this top quality 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Cher River district of the Loire Valley. It is fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve the natural bright aromatic fruit and then spends 6 months on its yeasty lees, resulting in a rich creamy texture on the palate. A pale yellow colour is followed by aromas of grapefruit and citrus and a broad complex palate, perfect to enjoy with smoked salmon.
