Gallimard is an outstanding small grower Champagne house. This small family producer, the 6th & 7th generation,  has 10 hectares of prime vineyards in the southern district of the Aube. The vines have an average of 30 years and soils are mainly chalk and Kimmeridge limestone. The Reserve Cuvée is a ‘Blanc de Noir,’ meaning white from black grapes and is made from 100% Pinot Noir. The result is a ripe, generous Champagne which is full of black fruit flavours and a generous mouthfeel. Ideal as an aperitif and for any celebration occasion!
